8. Data file protection principles
The information in the user data file of Nomade Collection Oy Ab's online store is stored in the Controller's system, which is protected by the operating system's protection software. To gain access to the system requires a user identification and password. The system is also protected by firewalls and other technical methods. Only certain, predetermined employees of the Controller have access to and are entitled to use the information contained in the data file that is stored in the system. The data contained in the file is located in locked and guarded premises.

A customer whose information is included in the data file has the right to forbid the Controller from handling the information relating to the customer in question for the purposes of direct advertising, distance selling and other direct marketing, as well as for market research and opinion polls, or personal data registers and genealogy. The prohibition must be made in writing and be addressed to a person responsible for matters concerning the data file.

A customer whose information is included in the data file has the right to inspect the information concerning themselves which is stored in the data file and to receive copies of this information. A request for inspection must be made in writing and be addressed to a person responsible for matters concerning the data file.
11. Correcting information
The Controller, on their own initiative or on the request of the customer in question, will correct, remove or complete a personal data item which is included in the data file and which, in terms of the purpose for which it is intended, is incorrect, unnecessary or outdated. The customer shall contact the Controller's employee who is responsible for matters concerning the data file to rectify a data item.
